Teller Skills – Advanced

Course Overview:

Tellers are the most important element of any bank’s branch. They represent the front line of banks and have most interaction with the clients and customers. In addition to cashing checks and accepting savings deposits and withdrawals, tellers are often required to perform specialized duties. Tellers are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This is a high-impact job and any negligence may result in a direct loss for the bank.

This 2-day program is the final level of the Teller Skills program and covers advanced topics related to the teller’s job.
