Teller Skills – Intermediate

Course Overview:

Tellers are the most important element of any bank’s branch. They represent the front line of most banks. They are the ones who interact most with the clients and customers. In addition to cashing checks and accepting savings deposits and withdrawals, tellers are often required to perform specialized duties. Tellers are responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This is a high-impact job and any negligence may result in a direct loss for the organization.

This program shall cover all basic elements of a teller’s job. Besides technical knowledge, the program will also cover soft skills areas.
